Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please read Cupid’s Box Returns & Exchanges policy carefully before placing your online order.

Cupid’s Box does not accept returns unless the item or items are damaged or defective. In the event your item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace your item free of charge and ship your replacement right away.

To return an item please contact our customer assistance representatives by calling toll-free to request a return merchandise authorization form. You may also login into your account and complete this request online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. Used and opened items can be replaced with the same or like item. If your packaging shows signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact customer service for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. In most cases your replacement item will be on it’s way to you before we receive your return.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
